Job Summary
Patient Service Representative at Touchstone Medical Imaging in Arlington, TX. Responsibilities include scheduling patients for diagnostic exams, handling authorizations and verifications, checking patients in/out, answering multiple phone lines, providing accurate information to the billing office, performing insurance verification, ensuring patient data accuracy in the system, and filing patient records. Requires 1-4 years in a medical office or hospital setting, experience with authorizations and insurance verification, ability to manage high patient volume, strong customer service and computer skills, ability to multitask, and bilingual ability (Spanish or Vietnamese/English) is highly preferred. Shift is Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm with rotating Saturdays; pay described as premium base with differential and bonuses; benefits include healthcare, 401(k), PTO, and referral programs.
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 Years Experience in Medical Office Setting or Hospital
- Experience in Authorizations and Insurance Verification Needed
- Ability to Handle Heavy Patient Volume
- Strong Customer Service and Computer Skills
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Bilingual (Spanish OR Vietnamese/English) highly preferred
