Job Summary
Provide direct, friendly, and compassionate patient service across the patient journey from inquiry to discharge, serving as liaison between patients and clinicians; educate patients on the Raintree Portal and ensure usage; schedule and maximize clinician productivity; onboard patients (insurance verification, account setup, scheduling), handle billing inquiries, and maintain HIPAA-compliant patient communications; collaborate with Clinical Supervisor and Marketing to support patient engagement and surveys; demonstrate proficiency with Raintree and MS Office to support administrative functions and ensure timely documentation; maintain strong rapport with families and promote the company’s mission.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 3+ years of experience in a medical setting.
