Patient Service Representative II, Primary Care

Serves as the first point of contact for patients entering the facility, greeting and checking in patients, verifying information, scheduling appointments, and updating the EHR. Performs intake tasks such as completing healthcare and insurance forms and collecting payments. Builds rapport with patients and staff while ensuring PHI privacy and compliance with policies. May orient other staff to the department and performs duties in line with standard procedures to support outpatient care. Requires basic knowledge of insurance and patient billing, strong communication, time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
