Job Summary
Complete pre-registration and full registration for families, ensuring eligibility information is accurate and collecting payments via CCF and Health Fusion. Enter consents, HIPAA forms, and referrals into Epic, manage MyChart queries, and provide ID bands while informing patients of wait times. Schedule appointments for new, return, and ancillary visits, and handle lab orders, imaging check-ins, and outpatient surgery admissions through Optime. Answer backline and patient phone lines, create recalls, and document no-shows. Adhere to HIPAA rules, maintain confidentiality, and coordinate activities with department team members.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- GED
