Job Summary
Patient Service Representative I will provide excellent customer service during every patient interaction, create working relationships with hospital departments and provider offices, and schedule appointments using the Cerner Solution. Responsibilities include pre-registration functions, verifying demographic and insurance information, and communicating financial policies. The candidate should have interpersonal communication skills, organizational abilities, and a strong understanding of medical terminology.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of high school graduate or equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge
