Job Summary
Patient Service Representative I to greet patients, verify insurance, collect co-pays, ensure referrals are in the chart, maintain accurate patient records, process cash reconciliations, and handle administrative tasks in a medical office. Requires strong customer service, multitasking, communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience in a medical office or customer service setting is preferred. Required Qualifications
