Patient Service Representative

Answer telephone inquiries, direct patients and visitors, and initiate triage slips for medical personnel. Register patients, verify records, and enter confidential health and financial information into the CPS system. Manage files, process record requests, and reconcile daily cash reports while complying with federal privacy laws. Detect errors, complete forms, and obtain necessary information to maintain accurate logs. Assist with coverage for other areas and perform additional tasks as directed by the lead PSR or Director of Operations.
