Job Summary
Answer inbound calls, greet patients and providers, and check them in/out while ensuring proper documentation. Collect co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles; verify insurance coverage; and issue receipts. Manage eRIS Center workflow, including daily schedules, billing, priors grids, and waitlist queues. Resolve complaints, facilitate no-show appointments, and reschedule or cancel bookings. Monitor waiting rooms, process new orders, and request patient satisfaction surveys. Complete mandatory two-week training at the Diamond Hill center in Denver.
