Bilingual Patient Service Representative to register patients, verify insurance, collect co-pays, manage appointments and assist with insurance enrollment at GLFHC in Lawrence, MA. Responsibilities include patient registration, appointment confirmation, updating demographics, insurance verification, obtaining and balancing payments, notifying staff of arrivals, and resolving insurance issues to ensure coverage. Requires PPE, Spanish-English bilingual ability, HS diploma or GED, medical/administrative training, computer skills, strong communication, and availability for evenings/weekends.
Required Qualifications
