Patient Service Representative - General & Vascular Surgery - Full Time (40 hours/week)

The Patient Service Representative will perform reception duties, manage medical records, coordinate referrals and pre-authorizations, and handle scheduling as part of the healthcare team. Strong emphasis on customer service, accuracy in administrative tasks, and familiarity with medical terminology and Microsoft Office. Preferred candidates may have some college coursework, bilingual abilities, and experience in medical office settings with insurance verification, pre-authorization fundamentals, high-volume phone systems, and related certifications (e.g., CPC, CBCS, CMA). The role supports patient flow and interfaces with KVH personnel and external customers, contributing to efficient clinic operations and patient care.
