Job Summary
Patient Service Representative at Gateway Diagnostic Imaging (Lumexa Imaging) in Abilene, TX. Responsibilities include scheduling patients for diagnostic exams and procedures, assisting with authorizations and verifications, check-in/check-out of patients, answering multiple phone lines, providing accurate billing data, verifying insurance, and entering patient information into the system. Requires strong customer service and computer skills, ability to multi-task, and experience in a medical office setting; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Schedule is full-time with shift hours Tuesday–Friday 12:00pm–8:00pm, Saturdays 7:30am–6:00pm; in-person role. Required Qualifications
- 1-4 Years Experience in Medical Office Setting or Hospital
