Patient Service Representative - Foot and Ankle Med Surgery - Full Time - Foundation Medical Partners

Greet patients, answer telephone calls, and provide general information. Check-in and check-out patients, schedule appointments, and enter and track referrals. Scan and index documentation while communicating with internal and external customers. Perform these duties Monday through Thursday during day shift with Friday off. A high school diploma is required, with one year of customer service experience preferred. This role supports the comprehensive surgical and nonsurgical care provided by our specialty-trained doctors to patients in Nashua and the surrounding areas.
