Patient Service Representative

Job Summary
Coordinate with patients, caregivers, and care teams to schedule device fittings and training; travel to hospitals, clinics, and patient homes to provide in-person support; fit patients with the Jewel Patch wearable cardioverter defibrillator and ensure proper sizing; educate patients and caregivers on device use, care, and troubleshooting; reinforce patient confidence and adherence through clear communication; manage device inventory, secure transport, storage, and return; complete required documentation accurately and on time; adhere to compliance, credentialing, and privacy requirements. Comfortable working in a field-based environment, with the ability to travel locally and operate independently; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) to document patient care activities; willingness to obtain certification as fitters prior to service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of direct paid patient care experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
- Strong patient education and communication skills
- Comfort working independently in a field-based environment
- Certification as fitters prior to performing services in their assigned territory
- Ability to travel locally and possess reliable transportation with valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to support patient case documentation and data management
