Job Summary
Greet and acknowledge patients upon arrival or dismissal, then respond to their questions and concerns per policy. Answer telephones, schedule appointments, and maintain the appointment book while confirming bookings and following up on no-shows or cancellations. Register patients on the sign-in sheet, post charges and payments to accounts, and check voicemail daily. Keep the waiting area clean and friendly. This role supports all staff and patients in a team-based environment focused on personalized oral care and advanced treatments.
Required Qualifications
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- Experience answering telephone
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a dental, medical, or other health-care office, preferred
- Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO), is a plus
