Job Summary
Answer the telephone, manage patient registration, and process payments and charge entries for a multi-physician hospital outpatient practice. Perform daily office functions including filing, scheduling, transcription, and medical records processing while adhering to HIPAA requirements and ethical standards. Assist physicians and other personnel across departments as needed, acting as the primary liaison between the practice, patients, and visitors. Maintain a high level of customer service and confidentiality in handling sensitive patient information.
