Patient Service Representative Clinical Lead

Lead clinic operations and staff at a front-office level. Provide patient check-in and front-desk support, collect copayments, manage pre-registration and medical records, coordinate with clinic team on scheduling, and ensure smooth patient flow. Act as on-site subject matter expert for EHR platforms (e.g., PVM, ECW), support provider duty execution, maintain patient confidentiality, and uphold compliance standards. Oversee patient interactions, resolve escalated concerns, and contribute to training and performance feedback for clinic staff.
