Patient Service Representative (Cardiology) will be a key member of a multidisciplinary medical-office team, delivering high-quality customer service, managing patient flow during registration, handling billing and payments, updating EHR with patient information, verifying insurance, scheduling and coordinating diagnostic tests, and assisting with pre-authorizations and referrals. The role includes direct patient contact, coordination with care team, and support across multiple office locations; strong interpersonal skills, English proficiency, and experience with medical terminology and office technology are preferred. The candidate should be capable of independent work, have excellent organizational skills, and contribute to a positive patient experience within a physician-led, patient-centric network.
