Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical office is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is a plus
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent customer service and compassionate patient interaction
- Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling, data entry, and record keeping
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
