Patient Service Representative - Bilingual English and Spanish

Greet and assist patients professionally while scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and registering patients with accurate demographic information. Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, collect co-pays, and process payments as needed. Maintain confidentiality by complying with HIPAA regulations and collaborate with providers to ensure excellent patient care. Help maintain charts and provide administrative support to the department. This role requires bilingual English and Spanish proficiency, a high school diploma, and one year of clerical experience. Starting compensation is $19.50 per hour for an on-site position with flexible 5-day schedules, including potential rotating Saturdays.
