Job Summary
Enroll qualified patients in health programs including Medi-Cal, HMOs, My Health LA, and Cal Kids by completing necessary paperwork and providing essential membership services. Recruit new patients, support ongoing communications and follow-up, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. Represent the organization professionally while working independently to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards in diverse populations. This role requires working in lower socio-economic conditions and communicating with confidentiality. Bilingual (English/Spanish) capability is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of related experience
- Must provide proof of required vaccinations by federal, state, and local funding sources
- Valid driving license
- Auto liability insurance

- High level of professionalism, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of staffing support
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office

- Certified Application Assistant (CAA)
- Medical Assistant Certificate
- Certified Outreach Worker
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- BLS/CPR certification
