Patient Service Rep - Women's Health

Check in patients upon arrival, verify and update demographics, and collect outstanding balances and co-pays. Assist with additional scheduling for labs, x-rays, procedures, or testing by sending orders, while taking messages and triaging phone calls. Schedule patient appointments and manage tasks with strong time management and prioritization skills using Medent and Microsoft Office. Requires a high school diploma, with previous medical office experience and EMR training preferred. Located onsite at 401 Cayuga Park Lane, Ithaca, NY, with a pay range of $18.50 to $23.00 per hour.
