Patient Service Rep - Riverview Foot & Ankle

Meet and greet patients, check patients in/out, handle front-desk duties, and assist with scheduling and referrals. Maintain and update patient records, demographic and insurance information, and ensure accurate electronic medical records. Process co-pays and patient payments, balance cash drawer and post deposits. Support office administration, documentation, and office supplies; collaborate with other departments as needed. Requires prior customer service experience and basic office/administrative skills; preferred: specialized training in office software and data entry.
