Job Summary
Patient Service Representative at Mercy Clinic Primary Care in Moore serves as the first point of contact, greeting patients, verifying identity, and managing front desk operations. Responsibilities include check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, answering phones, EPIC chart creation, scanning, RightFax, copying, maintaining chart accuracy and confidentiality, and adhering to infection-control guidelines. Performs general clerical duties, supports EPIC/workflows, maintains equipment familiarity, and ensures a positive patient experience through courteous, professional communication. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; strong verbal and written communication, proficient data entry and word processing skills, excellent customer service, attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work under pressure.
