Patient Service Rep - Lakemoor Family Physicians

Greet patients in a friendly, timely manner and ensure they complete necessary forms for the electronic health record and billing office. Maintain patient demographic and insurance information by verifying eligibility and collecting co-pays, while ensuring good patient flow through the practice. Answer inquiries regarding registration or billing, refer medical care questions to medical assistants or physicians, and schedule patients with appropriate providers. Document scanning into the electronic health record and perform other duties as assigned.
