Job Summary
Patient Services Representative II at Axia Women’s Health provides front-desk and patient-facing support, including greeting and directing patients, scheduling and modifying appointments, registering patients, collecting copayments, verifying insurance eligibility, and handling inquiries. The role requires delivering excellent customer service, collaborating with clinical staff, adhering to SOPs and HIPAA/OSHA policies, and supporting daily administrative workflows in a fast-paced office environment. Strong communication, multitasking, compassion, and the ability to work flexibly across satellite locations are essential. Hours are 8-5, Monday–Friday, on-site in Livingston, NJ. Salary range is $16–$21 per hour; full-time benefits are included.
