Job Summary
Welcome patients to the facility, assist with check-in and check-out for physician office visits, answer incoming phones, and process payments for visits. Review referrals and assist patients with scheduling follow-up appointments. Requires intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office and database systems, along with referral and phone experience. Bilingual candidates are highly recommended. This role supports the Pediatric ENT Clinic's daily patient flow and administrative coordination.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend documents and policy/ procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office and other database systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Referral & phone Experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual
- Two or more years of related medical office experience
