Job Summary
Coordinate communication, scheduling, and referrals for patients, families, and providers while serving as the first point of contact in a fast-paced office. Manage clinical staff visit schedules, ensure accurate assignment of referrals, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance forms and chart requirements. Establish daily priorities, review paperwork for completeness, and perform data entry into the Electronic Health Record for OASIS and staff timesheets. Maintain accurate systems to ensure timely coordination of multi-discipline documentation. Requires high school diploma, strong computer skills, and experience in office or healthcare scheduling.

- Task-oriented with strong multitasking skills to manage scheduling, referrals, and patient communications simultaneously

Desired Qualifications
- Prior office or healthcare scheduling experience
- Electronic Medical Records experience
- Strong, demonstrated computer skills with comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
