Job Summary

The Patient Service Coordinator at Blue Cloud will greet and register patients and their family members, manage appointments and daily schedules, provide necessary forms and documents, and offer customer service while escalating issues as needed. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2-3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced dental or medical office, strong critical thinking and communication skills, and be proficient in word processing and spreadsheets. Additional preference will be given to bilingual candidates and those with a strong background in patient care.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in high-volume dental or medical office setting
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Computer skills to include word processing and spreadsheet
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong background in patient care environment
