Job Summary
Patient Service Coordinator at a pediatric dental ASC: greet and register patients and family members, manage appointments and the daily schedule, provide patients and families with forms and informational documents, deliver customer service, and escalate issues as needed. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years of customer service in a high-volume dental/medical office; strong critical thinking and analytical skills; clear communication; computer skills (word processing and spreadsheets); bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
