Job Summary
Patient Service Coordinator role in a pediatric dental ASC: greet and register patients and families, manage appointments and daily schedule, provide and distribute forms/informational documents, deliver customer service, and escalate issues as needed. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2–3 years of customer service experience in a high-volume dental or medical office. Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets; strong communication and analytical skills; background in patient care preferred. Required Qualifications
