Job Summary
Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal financial and insurance information. Optimize patient satisfaction and treatment room utilization by assessing minimum needs and scheduling appointments. Address customer and patient issues to ensure effective short-term and long-term resolution. Provide timely feedback regarding service failures or concerns. Consult patients on benefits, coverage, and financial options. Greet patients and visitors to deliver high-level customer service. Work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Central Time with weekend rotation. Earn $22.50 to $25 per hour. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of applicable work experience
- High School diploma required
- Extensive knowledge of insurance/benefits, medical terminology and medical billing
- Strong communication skills
- Independent worker
- Detailed-oriented
- Computer savvy
- High level of customer service essential
- Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Central Time, with weekend rotation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in an OB/GYN office is a plus
