Job Summary
Greet and check in patients at the Patient Service Center, answer calls, and accurately enter patient information into laboratory computer systems. Provide high-level customer service while assisting phlebotomists with gathering tubes and supplies for drawing patients. Uphold safety, compliance, and quality control standards in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Strong communication, basic computer/data entry skills, and the ability to protect patient privacy (PHI) are essential. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record for the past three years
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Customer service experience (2+ years) is a bonus
