Job Summary
The Patient Scheduling Representative will efficiently schedule patients for exams and services across multiple practice locations in a high-volume multi-physician practice. Responsibilities include performing appointment scheduling, canceling and rescheduling appointments, providing patients with accurate preparation instructions, maximizing the efficiency of the practice schedule, and maintaining knowledge of patient privacy rights under HIPAA guidelines. The role requires strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach. Experience in healthcare or customer service is preferred but not mandatory, as comprehensive training is provided.
