Job Summary
Schedule appointments via phone, in-person or electronic correspondence; complete multi-disciplinary scheduling; take incoming and make outgoing calls to patients to arrange appointments; coordinate with clinic staff to ensure patients receive appropriate care in a timely manner; contribute to a positive patient experience and support efficient clinic operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred - Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other related field.
- Six (6) months of previous office or customer service experience (for Patient Scheduling Representative).
- One (1) year of previous office or customer service experience (for Patient Scheduling Specialist).
