Answer phone calls from patients calling primary and specialty care clinics, completing patient registration and scheduling over the phone. Provide superior customer service by effectively communicating with a diverse age and ethnic population in an audible, friendly, and professional voice. This role involves no face-to-face contact with patients. The position operates as a part-time schedule of 48 hours per two weeks, with work-from-home arrangements following approximately four weeks of in-person training. Minimum hourly rate is $19.53, with a pay range of $21.53 to $9.28 based on experience. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, PTO, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. High school graduation and two years of call center or healthcare experience are required.
