Job Summary
Schedule daily clinical visits for a multi-disciplinary team of RNs, MSWs, LPNs, and Aides using an electronic scheduling system; coordinate and adjust schedules based on caseload, staffing levels, geographic areas, and staff availability; communicate scheduling needs to managers and clinicians; enter and maintain scheduling data in EMR; assist with day-to-day department operations, HIPAA-compliant handling of confidential information, and participation in quality improvement activities and new staff training.
Required Qualifications
- Education and/or Experience No Requirement - Education Preferred - 1 year Previous experience in scheduling or in clerical/data entry position using spreadsheets and databases. Preferred - Experience in health care, hospice or home health industry.
