Job Summary
Schedule all radiology modality exams with patients by phone; provide every patient with a comfortable experience; thoroughly screen patients to determine appropriate exam type; relay any pertinent information regarding the examination to patients; other duties as assigned. In-office patient scheduler role based in Englewood, CO, with a full-time schedule and a competitive salary and benefits package. Eligible duties include coordination of MRI/CT/ mammography/ ultrasound/ DXA/X-Ray scheduling, patient communications, and support for imaging services.
Required Qualifications
- Medical terminology knowledge preferred
- Previous medical scheduling preferred
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to read, write, and speak in English
