Job Summary
Patient Scheduler II role responsible for pre-registering and scheduling patients for appointments, procedures, tests, and other services, handling high-volume calls, completing follow-up and referral work queues, coordinating with patient care teams, and entering data into the electronic health record to support efficient, accurate scheduling and patient flow across multiple service lines; requires proficiency in scheduling, insurance verification, providing cost estimates, and coordinating with care teams to ensure timely, appropriate care.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of clinical healthcare experience OR 1 year experience as a Patient Scheduler I OR 1 year experience in a contact/call center
