Patient Scheduler Coordinator

Coordinate scheduling and referrals to other health-care providers and services, and obtain approval for schedule changes or cancellations as appropriate. Assist with maintenance and updating of provider contact information, ensuring all medical appointments, special instructions, and patient information are entered into the electronic medical system. Follow site-specific protocols and maintain up-to-date documentation to ensure compliance. This role supports the Outpatient Imaging department at Optimal Imaging Ascension St. Vincent's in Jacksonville, FL.
