Job Summary
Lead and manage enterprise patient safety initiatives and workstreams to identify, measure, and reduce preventable harm; coordinate across clinical, analytic, operational, provider, compliance, legal, and vendor stakeholders; design and implement patient safety initiatives, interventions, and governance; ensure study methodologies and quantitative analyses are robust; develop and oversee implementation plans to improve quality and safety of care for members; ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, accreditation, and corporate requirements; monitor performance against objectives and maintain documentation for regulatory standards; collaborate with regulators, external partners, and internal stakeholders to advance enterprise patient safety strategies and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- BS in health administration, nursing, public health, health informatics, clinical sciences, or a related healthcare field
- 6 years of healthcare quality improvement, patient safety, program management, healthcare analytics, healthcare policy, managed care, or related experience
