Patient Safety Observer - NOT REMOTE DAY SHIFT

Maintain constant visual observation of multiple patients simultaneously while monitoring for safety risks based on nurse-driven indications. Verbally redirect patients using a digital 2-way audio device and confirm patient information throughout all interactions. Document all interactions with patients and clinical staff, including introductions, and report changes in patient behavior using established protocols. Notify staff if assistance is required and escalate communications as necessary. Provide ongoing exception reports to oncoming observers and ensure proper etiquette during all notifications. Demonstrate proficiency with various technology platforms and adhere to all company procedures and policies.
