Job Summary
Responsible for providing direct observation of patients under the supervision of nursing staff. Duties include reporting changes in patient conditions, interacting with diverse populations, documenting logs and records, managing patients in bathroom settings, ensuring safety in mental health environments, and using behavior management strategies to de-escalate situations. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, prior experience in related fields, and the ability to listen to patient concerns professionally.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Previous CNA, nurse aide/patient care experience desired
