Patient Safety Attendant Float Pool (Nights)

Job Summary
Maintain visual observation of assigned patient(s) at all times; verbally redirect patients in person or via a 2-way audio device to prevent at-risk behaviors; document observations on the observation flow sheet every 15-30 minutes; participate in handoffs of pertinent information to staff; assist licensed nursing staff with care and seek guidance when a patient poses a threat to themselves or others. BLS/HCP certification is preferred but not required. This role is part of the Clinical Support Float Pool and supports a safe environment across departments.
