Job Summary
Maintain visual observation of assigned patient(s) at all times, verbally redirect patients from engaging in at-risk behaviors and notify staff; document observations every 15-30 minutes; assist licensed nursing staff with care and seek assistance as needed; position is evening shift 3pm-11:30pm with possible weekends/holidays; benefits include medical/vision/dental, PTO, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Experience in a hospital or medical discipline helpful
- BLS/HCP certification preferred but not required
