Job Summary
The Patient Safety Associate is responsible for performing duties for patients requiring supervision, including monitoring patient activities and maintaining a safe environment. Responsibilities include assisting with meals, providing socialization, ensuring patient belongings are accessible, and documenting observations. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently. Clearances (Act 33, Act 34, Act 73) are required for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age

- Independent and critical thinking skills
- Strong ability to communicate complex topics

- Previous experience in a patient care setting
