Job Summary
Greeting patients and visitors with courteous, professional assistance; patient registration and dismissal; handling incoming calls and scheduling/adjusting appointments; collecting and verifying demographic/insurance information; processing payments and issuing receipts; opening/closing the clinic per schedule; maintaining HIPAA-compliant patient records; collaborating with co-workers, physicians, and patients; performing other duties as needed. Daytime, Monday–Friday hours with benefits (health and dental, 401k, paid time off, etc.). Proficiency with computer programs and electronic medical record systems; strong patient-service orientation and professional appearance; effective verbal and written communication in a fast-paced clinic environment.
