Job Summary
Front/Back Office Coordinator responsibilities: greet patients on arrival, check-in and collect co-pays, obtain photo ID and insurance card for scanning, assist with check-out and patient flow, prepare deposits and end-of-day batch sheets, create new patient charts in SOAP upon arrival, send paperwork between departments, book and confirm appointments in the HST system, assist with maintaining a pristine, professional office environment, and perform office duties as needed. Requires strong multitasking, compassion, professional attitude, and solid written/verbal communication skills; knowledge of clinic policies, medical terminology, and computer systems. Education requirement: High School Diploma with 1-2 years healthcare experience; occasional evening or weekend work.
