Job Summary
Greet patients upon arrival, check-in and check-out, collect co-pays, verify photo ID and insurance, scan documentation, manage deposits and end-of-day batch sheets, create new patient charts in SOAP upon arrival, and book/confirm appointments in the HST system. Maintain a neat, professional office environment; assist with office duties at the check-in desk; demonstrate compassion and strong written/verbal communication while coordinating with medical staff, management, authorizations, external agencies, and patients. Requires the ability to multi-task in a busy office and adapt to evolving needs; occasional evening or weekend work is possible. Education requirement is a High School Diploma with 1-2 years healthcare experience.
