Job Summary
Patient Representatives are the first point of contact in Virginia Urology’s clinical offices, greeting patients, collecting demographic and insurance information, processing copayments, and coordinating front-office duties across check-in, registration, and check-out on a rotating basis. They collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow, schedule follow-ups, maintain HIPAA compliance, assist patients in navigating the facility, and support clinical and operational excellence. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role with a schedule that may require occasional coverage at other Richmond-area locations; strong communication, attention to detail, and customer-service mindset are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
