Job Summary
Patient Representative I serves as the first impression at Dana-Farber, handling patient calls and providing administrative support to ensure a seamless patient experience across disease centers. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (minimum)
- Administrative and/or customer service experience strongly preferred
- Experience in a call center or phone service setting preferred
